#### What if the delivery day changes?

Request PreETA again with the updated date.

#### Can I use PreETA for real-time tracking on delivery day?

No. PreETA is designed for day-before (or earlier) forecasts. It can be used as a fallback if no real-time tracking (RTT) is available, but must be clearly labeled as based on historical data, not live information.

#### What happens if the address is not recognized?

You may receive a null response or error code. Providing geo-coordinates improves recognition.

#### Can I use PreETA for resource or route planning?

No. Use Bettermile’s Loading Zone or Route APIs for these purposes.

#### How large are PreETA time windows?

They are 2, 3, or 4 hours, depending on prediction reliability. Windows are aligned to a 15-minute grid (e.g. 14:15–16:15, but not 14:15–16:45).

#### Are there time windows smaller than 2 hours?

No. For narrower windows, use Real-Time Tracking or Cloud Tracking on the day of delivery.

#### Do you blend your customer’s data with other delivery companies?

No. All historical data is handled exclusively per tenant.

#### What is the accuracy of PreETA?

Our models match predicted windows in ~80% of cases, with an average deviation of about 15 minutes. PreETA is designed to work in combination with dynamic ETAs from Real-Time Tracking to manage expectations.
