#### What if my parcel delivery day changes?

Re-request PreETA with the updated date.

#### Can I use PreETA for same-day delivery?

No, it is designed for day-before or earlier forecasts. Only use as a fallback if no RTT information is available, and clearly disclaim that this is no real-time information, but
is based on historical deliveries.

#### What happens if the address is not recognized?

You may receive a null response or an error code. Consider adding geo-coordinates.

#### Can I use PreETA for resource or route planning?

No, please use Bettermile's Loading Zone or Route APIs for that purpose.

#### How big are the Pre-ETA Timewindows?

They are 2h, 3 h, or 4h time windows, depending on how reliably we can predict the delivery time window. They are provided with an hour accuracy and a 15min raster, so there is
e.g. 3.15h-5.15h but no 3.15h-5.45h.

#### Are there time windows smaller than 2h?

No. From a user experience perspective, you can pick up on the day of delivery with Real Time Tracking or Cloud Tracking, where Timewindows will narrow down to smaller sizes.

#### Do you use historic data of individual tenants in your system or blend the data with other delivery companies?

No. The data is handled exclusively for every tenant.

#### What is the success rate of  Pre-ETA time windows?

Our Algorithms are trained to match the estimated time window, usually at around 80% and an out-of-bound of ca. 15min. on average.
Pre-ETA should be combined with the dynamic ETAs of Real Time Tracking, and, hence, user expectations and deviations can be managed.
