- Where do consignees track their parcel? Choose your level of control: a white-label page (zero-code, hosted by Bettermile), embedded web components (pre-built UI widgets in your app), or the Tracking API (a fully custom UI built from raw data endpoints).
- How are recipients invited to live tracking? Either Bettermile sends the invitation by email, or you (the tenant) send it by email or SMS.
- How long before live ETAs are available? Better Tracking Shadow requires about 4 weeks of model training after the data feed is connected before live ETAs are released. Better Tracking Orchestrate draws on Better Route's real-time data from the start.
