You need to provide all necessary information if any third-party tool shall be integrated into the Bettermile user interfaces (white-label URL or widget). Bettermile will forward up to 90% of consignees, visiting the tracking website or widget, to this alternative service.

- You must share the ratings with Bettermile - Bettermiles´ 5-star rating must be enabled for a minimum of 10% of all parcels.
- A redirecting link to your external rating tool is needed as well as a list of additional fields we need to pass while redirecting. Example: language, parcel_number, etc.
